Reclaiming Dawn accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Reclaiming Dawn ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard processing time for orders is 1-5 weeks depending on order size.
Orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time.
At the moment, we only ship domestically in the USA, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. No international shipments or sales. We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS (United States Parcel Service) shipping method only.
For Unused Items
Reclaiming Dawn values you as a customer, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of our all-natural products for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unused item(s), in their original box and/or packaging within 15 days of the sale date, for a refund or store credit.
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, name, email address, the items being returned along with the reason. Once we are able to review your request, you will be given a return authorization number (RA). Please write this number on the outside of the box being returned, and on the packing slip/invoice returned with the merchandise.

Please ship the return/exchange via an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to keep track of shipment, and keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. We cannot issue a refund or store credit until the merchandise is received by Reclaiming Dawn.
For Used Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of used products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we want to know. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, email address, and the item you were not happy with. We appreciate the feedback and will do our best to help correct the situation. Thank you.
